The GM Screen campaign was a massive undertaking for us, and we're still working on the much-awaited follow-up. At this time, we expect to have more news on that front early in 2020. We thank you for your support and patience while we work out the best way forward!

Hello Backers!
Just a brief update to our current backers to let you know the latest news, and give you a sneak-peak at our announcement tomorrow.
That announcement is as follows:
On Tuesday, February 6th, we will be launching our new Kickstarter campaign for the Adventurer's Arsenal - a modular set of accessories intended for your players.
We understand that some of you may have some concerns, given our ongoing fulfillment of your orders, so we wanted to make clear that this new campaign will not in any way impact the fulfillment of the remaining GM Screen orders. We will continue to aggressively target GM production and fulfillment until it is 100% complete.
To further explain why your orders will not be negatively impacted, we wanted to share a bit more about our process.
The Wyrmwood Process
Thanks to backers like you, Wyrmwood has been able to evolve and grow over the years. What was once a few dedicated craftsmen in a garage workshop has turned into a production environment with many moving parts, all of which need to keep moving simultaneously.
We have craftsmen dedicated to regular production for our website and conventions, while others focus on development of new products, as well as refining our existing designs. Finally, there are those focusing on the fulfillment of the current project, in this case, the GM Screen.
As we encountered unforeseen challenges on the project, we've moved craftsmen as needed (and as we could afford) from general production over to GM Screen production to expedite fulfillment. They are not being diverted away from that, and won't, until such time as they are no longer needed. Of course, production on our new project won't even start unless and until the campaign concludes successfully, early next month. Regardless of the outcome of this new campaign, GM Screen production will continue to be our primary focus until the project is completely fulfilled.
The bottom line is this:
Development must move forward, but no one gets left behind.
Thank you for your support and patience, and we look forward to wrapping up fulfillment as soon as possible. To that end, be on the lookout for a new update with an updated schedule this week, and of course we'll be sending out the launch update tomorrow morning, as well.

Hello Backers,
Here is a layout of where we are currently with the remaining pledges:
SEPTEMBER BACKERS
September is nearing completion, with a little over a quarter of the tier remaining. A total of 164 Classic Panels and 80 Rotational Panels are needed to finish fulfillment. This may sound like a lot, but with seven craftsmen working on Classic Panels and four craftsmen working on Rotational Panels, we are in the final stretch.
Using the remaining panel count and mapping it out as if we did not have any panels in production currently - we are giving a cautious estimation that September will be completed in three weeks.
That being said, we do have many runs of both Classic and Rotational Panels in various stages of production, many of which will be reaching quality control early this coming week and shipping shortly thereafter.

OCTOBER BACKERS
October has not entered the shipping phase, however will begin shipping very soon. As we narrow down the September orders, we will have extra stock to ship; these will go to October orders.
This may be a point of confusion in our fulfillment - with so many different components, there are a great many combinations ordered. Since we work in batches of components for production efficiency, some orders may be waiting on one component or another, while we have a bit more than we need for a given tier of another item. When that happens, we look to the next tier, and fill what we can there. So rather than a clean break, we have more of a sliding transition; at the start, we're fulfilling September 100%, but as September requires less and less, we'll start to be able to fulfill October orders - this is how we can say shipping will begin very soon on the final tier. Hopefully this clarifies the process somewhat!
Using the above estimations of projecting as if no panels were in production(all of the October tier has been milled out and is awaiting assembly), we are currently estimating all of October will be fulfilled by the end of February.
As with September, this is a cautious estimate and they will very likely be shipping out before this. With only 90 backers in this tier, the fulfillment should be quick.

PRE-ORDERS
Lastly, we have our pre-order backers. Pre-orders will begin shipping as we wrap up October and have extra stock available. We are giving an estimate of having these completed by the end of March. This is a very rough estimate, as we are still a ways out.

We will be sending out another update within the next two weeks as we get closer to wrapping up September to further set expectations as well.
Thank you to everyone for your patience with this project. It is the most complex we have undertaken to date, and we're very happy to be getting your orders out as quickly as we can. We'll continue to do so until each and every order is fulfilled.
